In Ferris Town, Truro, on Monday last, Mr. PENPRAZE, aged 55 years.

At Penryn, on the 28th ult., MARIANNE, daughter of Mr. H. H. DAVIS, Rosewin-row, Truro, aged three months.

Lately, at Pool, SAMUEL SLEEP, aged 48 years, who for nearly 20 years was a faithful servant to MR. JOEL BLAMEY, merchant, of that place.

At St. Agnes, on Tuesday, the 24th ultimo, MR. JOSEPH KENT, aged 43 years; and on Friday last, MISS DINAH STEPHENS, aged 18 years.

On Saturday, the 21st ultimo, at Vogue, near St. Day, ROBERT, second son of CAPT. WILLIAM RABEY, aged 38 years.

At Helston, on Sunday last, MR. JAMES CADDY, draper, aged 59 years.

At Sithney, on the 23rd ult., MARIA GRACE, youngest daughter of Mr. D. JAMES, aged 8 years.

At Hayle, on Monday last, MR. WILLIAM TONKIN, aged 21 years.

At Lelant town, on Sunday last, MRS. MARTHA PEARCE, aged 42 years.

At Marazion, on Monday last, MRS. STEPHEN TREGERTHAN, aged 35 years.

At Penzance, on Monday last, CAPT. WM. DUFF, formerly master of a vessel in the Bristol trade, aged 78 years.

On the 21st ultimo, at East Looe, MARTHA SANDERCOCK, daughter of Mr. THOMAS TATCHELL; and on the 26th, JOHN, son of Mr. JOHN BARTLETT, of the Buller Arms.

At Fowey, on the 26th ult., KITTY, the daughter of MR. THOMAS WELLINGTON, custom house officer, aged 21 years.

At Fowey, on the 28th ult., MRS. COLLIVER, mother of Mr. JOHN COLLIVER, farmer, Lewhire, aged 84 years.

On Tuesday last, at Hugh Town, St. Mary?s, Scilly, MISS HANNAH LEE, aged 55 years.

On the 28th of December, at Madeira, of fever, (where she had accompanied her cousin, the daughter of the Rev. CANON ROGERS,) CHARLOTTE, daughter of Capt. FREDERICK ROGERS, R.N., of Trekenning, in this county, aged 17 years.

At Jamaica, of fever, on the 21st of November, Mr. WILLIAM FAYRER, aged 21 years, fifth son of the late REV. JOS. FAYRER, vicar of St. Teath, in this county.

On the 2nd instant, at St. Ives, ELIZABETH, daughter of MR. MARK HOLLOW, aged 6 years.

At Stable-hobba, near Penzance, on Thursday se'nnight, SAMUEL, son of MR. KERNICK, aged 3 years.

At Truro, On Tuesday last, after a long and severe affliction, which she bore with Christian fortitude, MISS MARY ROUSE, aged 82 years.

On the Parade, Truro, yesterday, aged 34 years, SUSAN, wife of Mr. JAMES BARRETT, tailor and draper.

On the 9th instant, at his lodgings, New-street, Plymouth, LIEUT. MOLESWORTH, of the H.E.I.C. service. The deceased had only landed the day before out of an East Indiaman, and had come home for the benefit of his health.

At St. Agnes, on Friday last, WILLIAM HENRY, son of Mr. JOHN KEAST, tailor, aged 3 years; on Saturday, MRS. MARY BARKLA, aged 46 years; and on Sunday, MRS. USLEY SLEEMAN, widow of the late CAPT. J. SLEEMAN, of Newquay, aged 82 years.

At Bridge, in the parish of Illogan, on Saturday last, MRS. PETER GARLAND, aged 81 years.

Suddenly, at Camborne, on Saturday last, at the house of her sister, MRS. MARY WILIAMS, MRS. ELIZABETH LEAN, widow of the late MR. STEPHEN LEAN, boot and shoe maker.

At Marazion, on Monday last, at the house of her son-in-law, MR. FRANCIS EDMONDS, MRS. PHILLIS BLACKLER, aged 76 years.

At Newlyn west, on Monday last, MRS. THOMAS ROBERTS, aged 28 years.

On the 14th [or 11th] instant, at St. Ives, the REV. WILLIAM HAVART, Perpetual Curate at that place, aged 34 years.

At Bodmin, on Saturday last, after a very short illness, MR. JOHN P. WILLIAMS, builder, aged 50 years.

On Friday last, suddenly, at Borlase, in the parish of St. Wenn, MR. WM. STEHENS, a highly respected Wesleyan local preacher.

At Padstow, on Friday last, MRS. A. EDWARDS, aged 92 years.

At Gunnaberre, in the parish of St. Enoder, MR. PHILIP PRISKE, land-surveyor, aged 63 years.

At Summercourt, on Sunday last, MR. J. BATTEN, aged 27 years.

On the 8th instant, in Union-street, Stonehouse, CHARLOTTE ANNE, youngest daughter of the late REV. RICHARD HOLE, rector of Farringdon, and of Inwardleigh, in the county of Devon.

On Monday last, at Upper Clapton, London, GEORGE, son of MR. GEORGE NANCARROW, of the copper rolling mills, Walthamstow, in the 17th year of his age.

At St. Coose, in the parish of Kenwyn, on Saturday last, after a few days' illness, MR. BROWN, yeoman, aged 75 years.

Yesterday, at Merther, JANE, wife of Mr. JOHN TREGENZA, plasterer, aged 24 years.

On Tuesday last, at Falmouth, MRS. ASHTON SUSANNAH BUNNY, relict of the late MR. BUNNEY, druggist, of that town, aged 96 years. Mrs. Bunny's husband, who went by the soubriquet of Dr. Bunny, was the only druggist in the town at his time; and his oddities and peculiarities are still fresh in the recollection of many of the older inhabitants.

At Ladock, MARY, daughter of MR. M. STANNAWAY, aged 5 years.

On Wednesday, the 15th instant, at Tregwormond, in the parish of St. Minver, MR. BURT, in the 80th year of his age; and on the 20th instant at the same place, of a violent inflammation in the chest, MR. WM. BURT, son of the above, aged 40 {or 49] years, leaving a widow and three small children to lament their loss.

At Camborne, on Tuesday last, MR. J. SIMONS, butcher.

On Wednesday last, at Camborne, HENRY IVEY, son of Mr. J. PETHERICK, in the 3rd year of his age.

At Portreath, on Saturday last, MR. JOHN IVEY, aged 48 years, and MR. JOHN DAVIES, aged 45 years.

At Hayle, on Friday last, MR. HUTHNANCE, aged 29 years.

At St. Ives, on Sunday last, MR. PADDY, tailor, aged 28 years.

At Halsetown, near St. Ives, on Thursday se'nnight, BENJAMIN, son of CAPT MICHELL, aged 10 years.

Yesterday se'nnight, at Penzance, EDWARD, infant son of MR. S. HIGGS, Jun.

On the 19th instant, at Fowey, the infant son of MR. JOHN JAGO, aged 3 years.

At Trethawle, in the parish of Menhenniot, in the prime of life, after a severe illness, MR. AUNGER, leaving a widow and a young family.

At Dubwalls, near Liskeard, after a few hours' illness, MRS. TUCKER.

At Thorne, near Stratton, MR. SAMUEL MARSHALL, aged 69 years.

At Plymouth, on Monday last SUSANNA, wife of Mr. JOSEPH TREFFRY, merchant, and a member of the Society of Friends.

In Well-street, Bideford, MR. R. KEEN, grocer, aged 79 years.

On Saturday last, at Torquay, SAMUEL HUMPHRY PELLEW, Esq., for many years collector of H. M. Customs at Falmouth, and senior brother of the late Admiral Lord Exmouth, aged 80 years. The deceased was in the receipt of a retiring pension of GBP 500 a year, which he never appropriated for his own use, but munificently bestowed it on some charitable institution in London.

At Crowcombe, Somerset, on the 16th instant, MR. CHILCOTT, aged 80 years.

On Tuesday se'nnight, at the Vicarage, St. Thomas's, Exeter, EMMA SIMCOE, daughter of the REV. JOHN MEDLEY, aged 14 years.

At Exeter, on the 17th instant, the wife of MR. W. MORTIMER, cork cutter, aged 58 years.

On the 15th instant, at Bristol, aged 75 years, MRS. MARY TREMAYNE, relict of MR. WILLIAM TREMAYNE, late of Helston, and mother of MR. JAMES TREMAYNE, traveler to Messrs. POUNTNEY and GOLDNEY, of the Bristol pottery.
