At Trevellas Downs, St. Agnes, Mr. THOMAS PHILLIPS, aged 39 years.

At Falmouth, on Friday last, RICHARD FRANCIS, third son of JOSEPH FOX, Esq., surgeon, aged 15 years; and Mr. RICHARDS, tailor, &c., aged 26 years. At Carne, in the parish of St. Anthony, on Sunday last, OLIVER EDWARDS RUSE, aged 12 years.

At Crowan, on the 28th ultimo, Mr. FRANCIS POOL, aged [38??] years.

At Bath, on Friday last, after a short illness, the Hon ROBERT OTWAY CAVE, M.P., of Stanford Hall, Leicestershire, and of Castle Otway, in the county of Tipperary.

At his residence, in London, on the 28th ult., Sir JOHN HENRY SEALE, Bart., M.P., aged 60 years.

In London, lately, the infant son of Mr. STEPHEN THOMAS.

On the 15th of May last, on board his ship the "Canton," off Simon's Bay, homeward bound from the East Indies, Capt. HENRY CROUCH, late of Fowey, aged 43 years.

At Gluvias Vicarage, Penryn, on Tuesday last, in the 69th [?] year of his age, the Venerable JOHN SHEEPSHANKS, M.A., of Trinity College, Cambridge, Archdeacon of Cornwall, Vicar of the united parishes of Gluvias and Budock, and incumbent of Trinity Church, Leeds.

At Falmouth, on the 12th instant, Mrs. HOCKING, mother of Mr. Hocking, builder, aged 95 years.

At Place, near St. Mawes, on the 13th instant, in the 95th [?] year of her age, Mrs. ANNE JENKING. She passed through her long life beloved and respected by all who knew her, but by none could she be more highly valued than by the family with whom she lived the last thirty years.

At Porthleaven, on Friday last, after a lingering illness, EMILY, third daughter of W. E. CUDLIP, Esq., aged 17 years.

At Andrew's Hotel, Redruth, on the 12th instant, Lieut. NICHOLAS TROUGHTON, R.N., aged 47 years.

At Camborne, on Friday last, aged 82 years, Mrs. TIPPET, late of the post office is that town, which situation she filled with satisfaction to all parties.

At St. Ives, on Friday last, much respected, ROGER WEARNE, Esq., aged 72 years.

At Penzance, on the 9th instant, Mr. A. H. ROBERTS, aged 29 years.

At Penzance, on Saturday last, RICHARD, son of Mr. JAMES, harbour master, of St. Mary's, Scilly, aged 15 years.

At St. Just in Penwith, on Friday last, after a short illness, Mr. JOHN DAVEY, aged 75 years, deeply lamented by all who had the pleasure of his acquaintance. Mr. Davey was the first schoolmaster introduced into the parish of St. Just, and filled the office of vestry clerk in the most satisfactory manner for 40 years successively. As a scholar and mathematician, he attracted more than ordinary notice; and for several years he received the most marked attention from the late DAVIES GILBERT, Esq., who made him some valuable presents.

At Newquay, on the 11th instant, ELIZABETH, relict of the late Mr. JAMES CLEMENS, aged 61 years.

At Ladock, on Saturday last, MARGARET, wife of Mr. EDWARD BLAKE, aged 73 years, for upwards of fifty of which she was a member of the Wesleyan Methodist community.

At Talikiddy, near St. Columb, Mr. WM. BAZELEY, aged 78 years.

At Penstillies, in St. Columb, on Monday last, Mr. WM. GILL, for many years a great wrestler, aged 73 years.

At Padstow, lately, ELIZABETH, widow of the late Lieut. T. ROSE, R.N., aged 77 years.
