At Truro, on Monday last, Mrs CHAPPEL, aged 76 years, greatly esteemed by all who knew her.
At Falmouth, on Wednesday last, the infant son of Mr. Charles SCOTT.
At St. Mawes, on Tuesday last, William HILL, aged 76 years, a naval pensioner, who for many years had braved the battle and the breeze in the service of his King and country. He was in Lord HOWE's engagement, on the 1st of June, 1794, " and with brave NELSON nobly faced the foe," on board of the "Bellerophon" at the battle of the Nile. After a long service, and escaping a host of " accidents by flood and field," he retired to his native village, where he calmly passed the evening of his earthly sojourn, and was esteemed for his strict integrity, and placid demeanour, by all who knew him.
At Castle Mills, in the parish of Colan, on Saturday last, the infant daughter of Mr. HORE.
At Trencreek, in the parish of Lanteglos by Fowey, on the 27th ult., Rebecca, daughter of Mr. Joseph LAMB, aged 15 years.
At Liskeard, on the 19th ultimo, the infant son of Mr. James MILLROY, tea-dealer.
At Redruth, on Tuesday last, Mr. Joseph JENKIN, grocer, aged 54 years.
At Hayle, on Saturday last, Miss Elizabeth HODGE, aged 17 years.
At Wellington Terrace, Penzance, on Friday last, Katherine, relict of the late John MICHELL, Esq., of Newham, near Helston, aged 76 years.
At Penzance, on Monday last, Mrs, Elizabeth THOMAS, aged 50 years.
At Tavistock, on the 23rd ultimo, the youngest son of Mr. J. FLAMANK.
In London, almost suddenly, on the 25th ultimo, Mr. SOMES, member for Dartmouth. Mr. SOMES was of humble origin, and by his industry and perseverance amassed considerable wealth. His father was a waterman and lighterman, and he intended his son for the same profession, to which he actually bound at Watermen's Hall, but subsequently abandoned the oars and sculls for a more lucrative business. It is rumoured that Mr. SOMES has left property to the amount of two million sterling.
In London, on Saturday last, Sir Wm. Webb FOLLETT, Attorney-General, and one of the members for Exeter, aged 47 years.
At Caen, where he had resided more than twenty years, J. S. SMITH, Esq., brother of the late Admiral Sir Sidney SMITH, and formerly ambassador at Constantinople. He was well known as a learned antiquary, and as possessing great literary attainments.

At Carthew, in the parish of St. Austell, on the 3rd inst., Mr. Wm. HORE, aged 77 years.
At St. Austell, on Sunday last, the wife of Mr. Robert LIBBY, carpenter, aged 85 years; and on Wednesday last, Mr. Wm. MENEAR, for many years landlord of the Ring of Bells Inn, aged 87 years.
At St. Wenn, on the 30th ult., Mr. James RETALLICK, aged 75 years.
At Liskeard, on the 27th ult., Miss Ann LORY, aged 71 years.
At Callington, on the 2nd inst., Elizabeth, eldest daughter of John MARTIN, Esq., solicitor, aged 32 years.
At Milbrook, on Friday last, Robert SERGEANT, Esq., late of Callington, solicitor, aged 27 years.
At his house, in Bedford-square, London, on Sunday last, to the inexpressible regret of his family and friends, Mr. Serjeant ATCHERLEY.

At Penryn, on Sunday last, Joseph Hosken HAWKEY, Esq., aged 86 years.
At Penryn, on the 11th inst., after a long illness, Mr. John STEPHENS, one of the clerks at the Bath Post office, respected by all who knew him.
At Falmouth, on the 16th inst., Mrs. PEDERSON, wife of Capt. PEDERSON, and sister to B. FALCK, Esq.
At Falmouth, on Tuesday last, Mr. Alexander MOIR, builder, &c., aged 52 years.
At Torleaven, in the parish of Sithney, on Friday last, William ARTHUR, Esq., at the advanced age of 97 years. Mr. ARTHUR was one of the most respectable yeoman of the parish of Sithney, in which he was born. As a father and husband he was most affectionate, and his death will be severly felt by the poor in the neighborhood.
At Lelant, on Wednesday last, Richard, eldest son of Mr. John BECKERLEG, of the Ship Inn, aged 23 years.
At Goldsithney, on the 8th instant, Miss Mary HAMMILL, aged 20 years.
At Grampound, on the 6th instant, Mr. James NANCE BONYTHON, aged 61 years.
At Yeate, in the parish of Lanteglos by Fowey, on Friday last, Mr. J. BOX, aged 34 years.
At Bodmin, on Friday last, Thomas, son of Mr. Richard BRAY, town clerk, aged 7 years.
At Trewartha, in the parish of Menheniot, on the (?)14 inst., Mr. George ROWE, yeoman, aged (?)54 years.
At Liskeard, on the 17th instant, Charles, the third son of Mr. Robert COAD, landsurveyor, &c., aged 18 years.
At Besowan, in the parish of Colan, on the 14th instant, Mr. Richard TREBILCOCK, aged 52 years.
At the residence of his son, the Hon. Manners SUTTON, Southwick Terrace, Oxford Square, on Monday last, the Right Hon. Viscount CANTERBURY, many years Speaker of the House of Commons. His Lordship arrived in london on Sunday by the mail train from his mansion near Exeter, where he had been staying, and, on reaching the station of the Great Western Railway, at Paddington, he was suddenly seized, whilst in the act of delivering up his ticket, with a fit of apoplexy.
