At FALMOUTH, on Monday last, Mr. JOHNS, carpenter, aged 72 years.

At KENUALL VALE, STITHIANS, on the 21st ultimo, of consumption, Mr Walter PERRY, aged 21 years.

At ST.IVES, Elizabeth, daughter of Mr. Paul QUICK, shipwright, in H. M. Dockyard, DEVONPORT, aged 24 years.

At PENZANCE, on Tuesday last, Edward, eldest son of Edward BOLITHO, Esq., aged 14 years.

At ST.MARY'S, SCILLY, Mr William FOX, son of Mr. FOX, of Rosevale, PENZANCE, aged 34 years. At BODMIN, on the 25th ult., Hender MOUNSTEVEN, Esq., aged 86 years; and the wife of Mr. MILROY, tea-dealer, after a lingering illness, aged 34 years.

At SLADE, in the parish of BOTUSFLEMING, on Friday last, Mr William WYMOND, late of ELBRIDGE, in the parish of LANDULPH, yeoman.

At ALBESTON, in the parish of STOKECLIMSLAND, on Tuesday last, Mr John Ryall WILLIAMS, jun., aged 24 years.

At NEWTON, in the parish of ST.NEOT, on the 23rd ult., Mr Joseph ARTHUR, aged 22 years.

At Castle Farm, LANLIVERY, on Sunday last, aged 40 years, the hind, Mr. Benjamin FRETHY, highly respected by all who knew him, and particularly by Mr. Foster's family, in whose service he had lived 28 years.

At FALMOUTH, on Monday last, Miss Ruth HOLMAN, milliner, aged 61 years.

At KENNAL VALE, in the parish of STYTHIANS, on the 1st instant, aged 84 years, Mr, Wm. SAUNDERS, foreman to the late W. Tucker Esq., paper manufacturer. During nearly fifty years' service, the deceased discharged his duty with honor and fidelity, and his loss is sincerely regretted by all who knew him.

At TRESISE, in the parish of CROWAN, on the 1st instant, Mr. Charles BLIGHT, aged 60 years.

At BREAGE, lately, Mr. George HEBBARD, aged 84 years, nearly fifty of which he filled the office of Parish Clerk.

At HAYLE, on Saturday last, the wife of Mr. RICHARDS, blacksmith, aged 53 years; and Capt. George GILBART, aged 46 years.

At ST.IVES, on Monday last, Caroline, daughter of Capt. John PAYNTER, of the Star Inn.

At PENZANCE, on the 31st ultimo, the infant son of Mr. LANYON, ironmonger; and on Sunday last, Mr. Thomas FOSTER, jun., architect, of BRISTOL, aged 28 years.

At ST.MARY'S, SCILLY, on the 1st instant, Eliza Mary, only daughter of Mr. Wm. PERCIVAL, aged 11 years.

At TRETHELIAN, in the parish of CRANTOCK, on the 31st ult., Mr John GLASSON, farmer, aged 39 years.

At STICKER, near ST.AUSTELL, on the 25th ult., in the faith and hope of the gospel, Mary, the wife of Mr. Wm. COOKE, aged 72 years, nearly twenty-five which she had been a strongly attached highly-valued servant in the family of the late Rev George Moore, of GARLENICK, in this county.

At TRENANCE, in the parish of ST.AUSTELL, on the 1st inst., after a lingering illness, the wife of Mr. George ANDREW, aged 45 years.

At PLYMOUTH, on Friday last, of malignant scarlatina, after an illness of four days' duration, aged 35 years, Philip Edward LYNE, Esq., late Mayor an Alderman, and one of the Magistrates of that Borough. His health had some weeks previously sustained a severe shock, from a painful and protracted attack of rheumatic fever, arising from his zeal in attendance at the fire which lately occurred at Coxside; his constitution thus weakened, was unable to withstand the attack which has prematurely brought him to the grave. The deceased, who has thus been cut off in the very prime of life, will be deeply lamented by a very large circle of friends, by whom he was much respected.

At Cranmer Terrace, NORTH BRIXTON, DEVON, on the 18th ult., Mr Richard LOBB, aged 48 years, formally of SOUTH PETHERWIN, in this county.

At Nothernhay Place, EXETER, on Monday last, Mrs. CONGDON, wife of Mr. CONGDON, Subscription Rooms in that city, aged 73 years.

At his residence, 8, Sussex Place, LONDON, on Friday last, Thomas WILLEY, Esq., R.N., of the Coast Guard Office, aged 52 years.

At CAIRO, on her return from India, Emma, the wife of Capt. W. H. MACAULAY, 21st Regiment Madras Army, and daughter of the late R. S. SUTTON, Esq., of FLUSHING.

At PETERVILLE, ST.AGNES, on the 7th instant, Mrs. Ann DALE, aged 59 years.

At MOUSEHOLE, on the 7th inst., Ann, relict of the late Mr. John VICTOR, of that place, aged 84 years.

At LANHAY, in the parish of GERRANS, on the 7th instant, after a lingering illness, Thomas eldest son of Mr. Thomas HICKS, age 24 years.

At TRERANK, in the parish of ROCHE, Richard, eldest son of Mr. VERCOE, aged 25 years,

At his residence, in Burton-street, LONDON, the Earl of GRANDVILLE, aged 72 years.

On the coast of AFRICA, Mr. WEATHERLY, of H.M.'s Brig "Ranger," late of the Packet service at FALMOUTH. The news that the deceased had been confirmed in his appointment as Master of the "Ranger" was received in Falmouth the day preceding the arrival of the account of his death.

Lately, at sea, having accidentally fallen from the bowsprit of the ship "Victoria," in which he was engaged, Joseph PIERCY, eldest son of Mr. PIERCY, TORPOINT.

In Dover-street, LONDON, on the 10th instant, Sarah, wife of the Rev. Walter GEE, Rector of Week St Mary, in this county, and of WEST BUCKLAND, DEVON, aged 54 years.

At NEW MILLS, near Truro, on the 22nd inst, Mr. Edmund MEDLIN, miller, late of ROSELADDON, in the parish of SITHNEY, aged 65 years.

At MYLOR, on the 19th instant, Mr. John PASCOE, aged 85 years. This old veteran was the last survivor of the gallant crew of the "Antelope" packet, of which ship he was boatswain, when, in 1793, they took the French schooner privateer "Atalanta." All the superior officers being killed, he took the command, and personally lashed the schooner's yard-arm to the rigging of the packet, during which he had three shots through his hat, but without injury to himself.

At RIO DE JANEIRO, of Cholera, on the 14th of December, Mr. Augustus CLAPON, carpenter, of H.M. brig :Express," one of the oldest seamen belonging to the Packet Service.
