At St. Agnes, on the 24th ult., Emma, daughter of Mr. T. BOUNDY, draper, &c., aged 17 years; and on the 25th ult., Mrs. Mary Ann STEPHENS, widow of the late Capt. James STEPHENS, of Wheal Charlotte, aged 48 years.

At St. Just in Penwith, on the 29th ult., Mr. Robin WALLIS, aged 91 years; on Saturday, Mr. Madron LEGGO, aged 65 years; and on Sunday, the wife of Capt. Edw. CARTHEW, of Balleswidden Mine, aged 53 years.

At Gulval, on Monday last, Mrs. Mary STEPHENS, aged 83 years.

At St. Austell, on Wednesday last, the wife of Mr. Henry GUMMOE, aged 78 years.

At Lewtrenchard House, on Saturday last, William Baring GOULD, Esq., aged 76 years.

At his residence, Wyndham Place, Plymouth, on Friday last, the Rev. John HAWKER, son of the late Rev. Dr. HAWKER, Vicar of Charles, and Minister of Eldad Chapel, aged 73 years.

At Truro, on Monday last, aged 76 years, after a short but severe illness, Rebecca, widow of the late General MACKELCAN. This truly estimable lady died as she lived, a sincere and humble christian, and her loss will be felt by a numerous family and a large circle of sorrowing friends.

At Penryn, on Sunday last, Mrs. BISHOP, at the advanced age of 92 years.

At Penryn, on the 5th instant, after an illness of a few hours only, Susan, the beloved wife of James READ, Esq., of the Ordinance department, and daughter of George RITCHIE, Esq., of Halifax, N. S. aged 29 years. The deceased had been in England only about three weeks, on a visit to the friends of her husband, to whom in that short time, she had greatly endeared herself.

At Hull, on the 24th ult., aged 80, Mr. John PERKINS, a native of Portsmouth, who in the "Buffalo," of 60 guns, assisted in the relief of Gibraltar, in 1782; he subsequently. for 30 years, was the publisher of the Hull Rockingham, and was part proprietor of it at his decease.
