At FALMOUTH, on Tuesday last, Mrs. STUDDEN, relict of the late Mr. Alexander STUDDEN, of that town, aged 83 years.

At LAUNCESTON, on the 11th inst., Mrs. KITTOW, aged 79 years.

At STONEHOUSE, DEVON, on the 7th inst., after a painful illness, the Rev. John Lloyd LUGGER, rector of TREGONY, in this county, aged 61 years. As a minister of Christ, as a relative, and as a friend, he will long and affectionately be remembered. His fidelity in proclaiming the great truths of the gospel, combined with the most active and unwearied exertions in promoting the temporal welfare of his parishioners, distinguished him as the enlightened and devoted pastor, as well as the true friend of the people committed to his charge, and secured to him a large measure of their sincere affection; while in the private and social relations of life, he person piety, his sound judgment and his readiness to "every good word and work," attracted the love and esteem of all who knew him. He has entered into that heavenly rest, to which he had longed looked forward with an assured hope.

At LIVERPOOL, on Saturday last, of typhus fever, Honey MILLETT, Esq., late H. E. I. C. S., son of the Rev. J. C. MILLETT, of PENPOL, in this county aged 38 years.

At Lambeth Square, SURREY, on Friday last, Mr. John ESSERY, carpenter, eldest son of Mr. ESSERY, tea dealer, ST.AUSTELL, aged 29 years.

At NICE, Henry Charles, only surviving son of Henry Charles LACY, Esq., M.P. of Bedford-Square, LONDON, and of Kenyon-House, LANCASHIRE.
