At Falmouth, on Friday last, Mr. J. SMITH, of Edinburgh, aged 31 years.

At Hayle, on Monday last, Mrs. Elizabeth JOHNS, aged 77 years.

At St. Just in Penwith, on Sunday last, the only daughter of Mr. T. B. BURTON, aged 18 months.

At Marazion, on Monday last, the wife of Mr. Thomas EDMONDS, butcher, aged 61 years.

At Scilly, on the 23rd ult., W. T. JOHNS, Esq.

At Newlyn in Pyder, on Monday last, Elizabeth, youngest daughter of Capt. John MIDDLETON, aged 8 years.

At Summercourt, on Monday last, Mr. William BULLOCK, aged 17 years.

At. St. Austell, on Saturday last, after a severe and lingering illness, and in perfect composure and resignation, the wife of Mr. LYNN, of the Hotel, in that town, aged 62 years, - to the irreparable loss of her affectionate husband, and to sincere regret of her relatives, friends, and acquaintance, by whom, for her benevolence, affability of disposition, and assiduous attention to the various duties of life, she was justly beloved and esteemed.

At Lostwithiel, on Tuesday last, Mr. John PARKIN, late timber surveyor of the Duchy of Cornwall, aged 63 years, highly respected by all who knew him.

At Launceston, on the 24th ult., the wife of Mr. H. SYMS, haberdasher, aged 46 years.

At Anderton, on Friday last, Mr. Wm. WATERMAN, sen., aged 80 years.

At Exeter, on the 6th ult., Mr. Samuel WILLIAMS, many years Commercial Traveller for the house of Riddley and Co., London. He well graced the respectable community to which he belonged, who have already shown that they do not forget the many admirable acquisitions which he possessed. His dulcet notes will now be heard no more. His widow and numerous family are thrown upon the wide world almost destitute, but the kind hand of help is raised on their behalf, nor will it we hope return to the resting place until the widow and the orphan shall receive some sunshine in their gloom.

At Richmond, Surrey, on the 25th ult., Frances, relict of the late David HOWELL, Esq., of Ethy, in this county, aged 48 years.

At Belfast, on the 14th ult., James Trevanion BETTESWORTH [or BETTENWORTH], Esq., aide-de-camp to Major-General BAINBRIGGS, C. B.
