At FALMOUTH, on Friday last, the wife of Mr. J. DEVONSHIRE, of H.M. packet " linnet." Aged 40 years.

At her residence on the Bank, FALMOUTH, on Monday last, Mrs. Elizabeth FOX, aged 81 years.

At FALMOUTH, on Monday last, Mary, youngest daughter of Mr. CORNISH, surgeon, aged 14 years.

At PORTREATH, on Monday last, Mr. R. P. LETCHER, in his 72nd year. His memory will long be cherished by a wide circle of friends for the social kindliness of his feelings, his unblemished integrity, and sincere piety. We have seldom recorded the loss of a man more generally or highly esteemed.

At REDRUTH, on the 15th instant, Mr. Joseph CARRICK, hatter and dyer, aged 42 years.

At PLYMOUTH, on the 15th inst., Mr. Richard QUILLER, of the Ship Inn, POLPERRO, aged 54 years.

At BRISTOL, on Saturday last, Mr. W. D. LAZENBY, aged 54 years, for more than 30 of which he was well known throughout the whole of the west of England as the representative of Messrs Isaac Walton and Sons, wine merchants. By the whole of the commercial body and by all who knew him he was greatly respected, and his loss is deeply regretted.

In LONDON, on Monday last, William, eldest son of Mr. S. ANNEAR, carpenter, of ST.AUSTELL, aged 36 years.
