At BRISTOL, on the 21st instant, suddenly, Mr. John FERRIS, of TRURO, tanner, &c., aged 54 years; he was much and worthily esteemed and respected through life, and his death is deeply regretted by many sincere and valued friends, and deplored as an irreparable loss by his sorrowing family.

At TREGEW, near FLUSHING, on the 17th instant, aged 69 years, Mrs. R. PETER, relict of the late lamented Capt. R. PETER, R. N., of the "Opossum" packet, on the FALMOUTH station, and youngest sister of the late John Penhallow PETERS, Esq., of CRIGMURRIAN.

At ST. AGNES, on Friday last, Capt. Anthony WILLIAMS, aged 70 years.

At ROSEMUNDY, ST. AGNES, on Saturday last, Mrs. COTESWORTH, aged 93 years; she retained her faculties to the last, and is deeply lamented by a numerous family.

At GUALAVELLAN, in the parish of CAMBORNE, on Monday last, Susan, youngest daughter of Mr. Wm. TRERICE, farmer, aged 19 years.

At ST. IVES, on Saturday last, the wife of Mr. FREEMAN, aged 31 years; and on Monday, Capt. William WEARNE, aged 50 years.

At PENZANCE, on the 21st instant, Mrs. Prudence NOY, aged 47 years; and Mrs. Elizabeth WALLIS, aged 42 years; and on Saturday, Mary, widow of the late Mr. Joseph POMEROY, aged 50 years.
