At Portland Villas, Plymouth, on the 30th ult., the Rev. W. HAWKER, Curate of Charles Chapel, and grandson of the late highly gifted Rev. Dr. HAWKER, Vicar of Charles, aged 34 years.

At Exmouth, on Monday last, Mrs. BULLER, relict of the late JAMES BULLER, Esq., of Downes, in the county of Devon, aged 84 years.

At Dover, on the 30th ult., SARAH, wife of THOMAS BALDOCK, Commander R.N., and formerly of Falmouth.

At his residence in Pembroke-street, Bristol, on the 22nd ult., the Rev. JOHN WOODROW, Wesleyan Minister, aged 86 years, He was a native of Norfolk, and became a convert to Christianity and Methodism through the instrumentality of the early Methodist preachers,He became a Methodist travelling preacher in 1787, and in his early life he was appointed by Mr. WESLEY to travel in Ireland, where he remained for several years, and married there, He afterwards travelled twenty successive years in Cornwall as superintendent of nearly all the then Cornish Circuits, and was chairman of the district, He was peculiarly and affectionately attached to the Cornish people ever afterwards.

At Blackheath, near London, on the 29th ult., HENRY HENNAH, Esq., son of the late REV. RICHARD HENNAH, Vicar of St. Austell, aged 81 years.

At St. Ives, on Saturday last, the infant son of Captain HUMPHRY FRY, of the schooner "Eclipse".

At Probus, Mrs. MARGARET ROBERTS, relict of the late Mr. MATTHEW ROBERTS, of that parish, aged 70 years.

At St. Austell, on Wednesday last, Mrs. MATTHEW CALF, aged 45 years.

At Porthpean, in the parish of St. Austell, on the 9th instant, Mr. JAMES TRESTAIN, aged 34 years.

At Carveth, near St. Austell, on Monday last, Mrs. Amelia HICKS, aged 91 years.

At Lostwithiel, on Saturday last, the wife of Mr. WILLIAM SKELTON; and on Sunday, Mrs. MARY DEWEN, aged 64 years.

At Menheniot, near Liskeard, on the 6th instant, Miss MARY SNELL, aged 88 years, and on Wednesday the 8th, Mr. HUGH SNELL, aged 86 years, brother and sister, having lived together in the same house from their infancy, they were both taken ill the same day and buried in the same grave together on Saturday last; their property is left to sister's children, having neither of them ever been married.

At Southhill, on Tuesday last, Mr. JOHN PEARCE, aged 89 years.

At Plymouth, on the 9th instant, BARTHOLOMEW, only son of GUSTAVUS GIDLEY, jun., Esq., solicitor, aged 3 years.

On the 6th instant, CATHERINE FODEN, youngest child of Mr. G. CORFIELD, of Havertock Hill.

At Curry Malet Rectory, Somerset, on Tuesday last, ANNE, the beloved wife of the Rev. JOHN HAYDN CARDEW, aged 72 years.

At the residence of his son, St. Paul's Square, Birmingham, on the 2nd instant, in consequence of an apoplectic seizure, the Rev. RANN KENNEDY, late Incumbent of St. Paul's Chapel,in that borough, aged 79 years. Mr. Kennedy was known for upwards of half-a-century as a most useful and eloquent preacher, as well as a man of great and varied powers of the mind, an elegant poet, and an accomplished classical scholar.

At Taibach, on the 29th ult., CATHERINE, second daughter of Mr. EDWARD DANIEL, agent to the Messrs. Vivian and Sons, aged 43 years.

At Toronto, North America, on the 15th ult., much and deservedly lamented by a numerous circle of friends and acquaintances, CAPT. O. H. MATTHEWS, formerly of Gwennap, agednt of the Quebec Minimb company. He was a man possessed of considerable natural talent, to which were super-added the various indispensible acquirements that so eminently qualified him for the discharge of the duties of the several responsible situations which he held in America.

At Helston, on Wednesday last, Mrs. BARBARA KENDALL, relict of the late Mr. JOHN KENDALL, aged 86 years.

At Lanner, in the parish of Gwennap, on Wednesday last, Mr. CHARLES WILLIAMS, agent for the firm of Messrs. MASON and ELKINGTON.

At Redruth, the infant son of Mr. JAMES RICHARDS; the son of Mr. NICHOLAS PAULL, boot and shoemaker, aged 5 years; and the widow of Mr. WILLIAM PHILLIPS, aged 62 years.

At Porthillick, in the parish of St. Minver, on the 10th instant, Mr. THOMAS LEGOE, aged 51 years.

At Resugga, in the parish of St. Stephens in Branwell, on the 4th instant, MARY, wife of Mr. JOHN TRUSCOTT, and daughter of Mr. JAMES TRUSCOTT, Pembroke, South Wales, aged 41 years. She was beloved and respected by all who knew her.

At Boscastle, Mr. WILLIAM JAMES, aged 64 years.

At Woodbine Cottage, Stokeclimsland, on Sunday last, Capt. JOHN TABB, for six years the managing agent of Lamerhooe Wheal Maria and other mines, aged 37 years.

At Golding's Hotel, Callington, on Monday last, Miss GIDLEY, aged 27 years.

At Clifton, on the 12th instant, HEW STEUART POWELL, Esq.,late of Truro, aged 40 years.

At Clifton, on the 14th instant, the Rev. Lord WILLIAM SOMERSET, son of the fifth Duke of Beaufort, canon of Bristol Catherdral, and rector of Tormarton, Gloucestershire, aged 67 years.

At her residence, Denmark Hill, Surrey, on the 15th instant, Mrs. FRANCES PAYNTER, most deservedly beloved and respected, aged 88 years.

At Haslar Hospital, on Friday last, deeply regretted by his family and friends, Mr. VINCENT TREGEAR,R.N., aged 64 years.
