At Truro on Tuesday last, Annie, infant daughter of Mr. BEHENNA, dyer.

At Truro, on Tuesday last, Mr. John ANDREW, warehouseman to the Truro Shipping Company, aged 43 years.

At his residence, Arwenack Street, Falmouth, on Tuesday last, William BROAD, Esq., aged 80 years. Mr. Broad, who was the founder of the present firm of William Broad and Sons, was formerly a Commander in the Mercantile Marine, and a member of the old Levant or Turkey Company. He quitted the sea with the highest testimonials in 1808, his vessels "Pelican" and Phoenix," for many previous years, being invariably selected as the repeating ship in all convoys, entitled to a pendant as such, and his crew always protected from impressments - a great privilege in those days. He was remarkable for extreme kindliness of heart, and for great physical energy, which prompted him on all occasions to acts of daring humanity, and among numerous testimonials he had present to him the gold medallion of the Royal National Institution, for rescuing by his sole personal exertions the passengers and crew of the brig "Larch," which was wrecked at Falmouth, on the 7th of January, 1828, on running into port in a gale of wind, from Newfoundland, the sailors being almost all frost bitten, and unable to help themselves.

At Penzance, on the 26th ult., Mr. Charles HAMMOND, aged 89 years; on Friday last, Mr. John PENHALLIGON, aged 64 years, for thirty of which he was in the service of the Rev. C. MOORE and his father, and on Sunday last, Mr. John RODDA, aged 45 years.

At Redruth, on Monday last, the wife of Mr. James THOMAS, aged 36 years.

At Newquay on Monday last, Mr. William GUMMOW, aged 74 years.

At Northcott Barton, Poughill, near Stratton, on the 28th ult., Mr. Bill Bowman BRIDGMAN, aged 87 years.

At Launcells, near Stratton, on the 26th ult., Mr. William LYLE, aged 86 years.

At Launcells on the 22nd ult., Mary, wife of Mr. Thomas BURNARD, aged 36 years.

At the residence of his daughter, in Saltash, on the 16th ult., Mr. Shadrach Moyse PRINN, aged 96 years.

At Stoke on Saturday last, William James SPRY, only son of William PRIDHAM Esq., aged 32 years.

At Bodmeyrick House, on the 28th ult., Miss MEYRICK, daughter of the late Rev. Owen Lewis Meyrick, Rector of Holsworthy, aged 84 years.

At his residence, Round Hill, Sydenham, on the 28th ult., after a long illness, Mr. Robert HARRILD, aged 74 years.

Drowned, whilst bathing on the East Lincolnshire coast, on the 28th ult., John Borlase and Julian Taillefer, sons of George Borlase CHILDS, Esq., of Finsbury Place, London.

In the Hayes, Cardiff, on Friday last, the wife of Mr. John WILLIAMS, aged 37 years.

At Cahir Cottage, Kenmare, county Kerry, on the 23rd ult., after a short illness, Mr. Absalom SIMS, engineer, late of Redruth, and son of Mr. James Sims, of that place, aged 26 years.

At Geelong on the 15th of March, of dysentery, William Pomeroy, fourth son of Col. CARLYON of Tregrehan, in this county, aged 21 years.

At Morant Bay, Jamaica, on the 18th of June, the widow of the late Mr. Richard CUMING of H.M. Customs at that place, and formerly of Truro; and on the same day, the sister of the above of yellow fever..

At Gwinear, on the 29th ult., Mrs. Loveday SCADDAN, aged 48 years; and on the 3rd instant, Mr. Thomas BUCKETT, aged 21 years.

At Tregortha, in the parish of Gwinear, on Saturday last, highly respected, Mr. Thomas TREWBELLA?, aged 73 years. (Trowbella?)

At Penla, Tuckingmill, on Sunday last, after a protracted illness, the wife of Mr. Thomas TREDINNICK, and eldest daughter of the late Thomas DAVEY, Esq., of that place, aged 28 years.

At Redruth, on the 4th instant, Capt. James ROSKROW, of North Wh. Buller Mine, aged 46 years; and on Saturday last, the wife of Mr. Francis SYMONS, aged 62 years.

At Probus, on the 3rd instant, Mr. Philip Andrew GREIVE, aged 83 years.

At Veryan, on the 3rd instant, the wife of Mr. Joseph Paddy JOHNS, aged 54 years.

At St. Austell, on the 3rd instant, after a short illness, George TALLACK, Esq., aged 59 years, deeply lamented by his relatives and by a large circle of friends from boyhood, and acquaintances of a later period, whose regard and esteem his many sterling qualities deservedly merited, and respected by all who knew him. In Mr. Tallack the various charitable institutions of his native town and others have lost a liberal supporter, and the poor a firm and generous friend.

At St. Austell, on Sunday last, Anna, only daughter of Mr. Jonathan PEDLER, grocer, aged 12 years; Louisa, eldest daughter of the late Mr. Theophilus MITCHELL, aged 18 years; and Mr. John MACKINTOSH, aged 28 years.

At Fraddon in the parish of St. Enoder, on Sunday last, Miss Grace Bassett BULLOCK, mistress of the St. Enoder national school, aged 34 years.

At Bodmin, lately, the wife of Mr. BROWN, mason.

At Pelyn House, on Sunday last, Mrs. KENDALL, mother of N. Kendall, Esq., M.P., aged 82 years.

At Liskeard, on the 4th instant, William JAMES, aged 74 years, from his earliest youth, with the exception of fifteen years, he served in the Cornwall Militia, and has been a labourer on the turnpike roads, where he continued within a few days of his death.

At Polscoe, in the parish of St. Winnow, on Sunday last, Mr. Richard WHETTER, aged 58 years.

At Trebarwith, in the parish of Tintagel, on Sunday last, Mr. Samuel LOBB, aged 58 years.

At Plymouth on Friday last, Capt. John Jordan ARROW, R.N. aged 66 years.

At Kingsbridge, on the 9th instant, Eliza, wife of Mr. Uriah Tonkin SMITH, chief officer of the Hope Cove Coast Guard Station, Devon.

At Newton St. Cyres Mine, near Exeter, on the 17th instant, Capt. W.P. NICHOLLS, who was killed on the spot by falling out of the kibble.

At Haslar Hospital, at the house of his brother-in-law, on Saturday last, Commander James Howard TURNER, R.N., aged 58 years. When a Lieutenant he commanded H.M. brig "Ranger," on the Falmouth station, and H.M. steam vessel "Merlin," in the Mediterranean.

At Guernsey, on the 14th instant, the eldest son of Mr. Dyer WILLIAMS, of Falmouth, aged 25 years.

At Adelaide, South Australia, in May last, Mr. John Frethy GARTRELL, of Goldsithney, aged 39 years.

At Geelong on the 23rd of March last, Mr. T.N. RODDA, late of the "Duke of Cumberland Inn," Penzance, aged 34 years.
