At Truro, on Tuesday last, Mrs. ROGERS, relict of the late Mr. Peter ROGERS, of Penryn, and last surviving daughter of the late Mr. William ROBERTS, (Robarts?) of Truro, aged 73 years.

At Goodren, in the parish of Kea, on the 29th ult., Ellen, youngest daughter of Mr. F. WILLIAMS, aged 21 years.

At Falmouth, the wife of Mr. R.O. JAMES, aged 36 years.

At Falmouth on the 30th ult., highly respected, Mr. S. JAGO, innkeeper, aged 68 years.

At Helston on the 29th ult., the wife of Capt. Joseph ROBERTS, aged 48 years; and Mr. John TOY, aged 42 years.

At Tregoose, in the parish of Mawgan in Meneage, on the 23rd ult., Mr. Hugh LYNE, aged 90 years.
At Penzance, on the 29th ult., Mr. John WILLIAMS, aged 62 years; on Saturday last, Mary Robina, daughter of Capt. QUANCE, of the "Magic," aged 2 years; and on Monday last, Henry, son of Mr. W.H. ROBERTS, aged 3 years.

At St. Just in Penwith on Friday last, Capt John CARTHEW, of Wheal Augusta Mine, aged 30 years.

At Lelant, on Monday last, Mrs. COOK ( Cock?) at an advanced age.

At Hayle on Sunday last, Mrs. Mary CHAMPDON, aged 84 years.

At Penia, Tuckingmill, on Friday last, Thomas DAVEY Esq., aged 59 years, late member of the firm of Messrs BICKFORD, SMITH and DAVEY, of that place. He was for many years a leading and useful member of the Wesleyan Society, and the benevolence and excellence of his character will cause his loss to be deeply felt by all who knew him.

At the residence of Mr. Bridge??, Camborne, on Monday last, Catherine HAMILTON of Peckham, London, a member of the Society of Friends, aged 78 years. It is thought that the excitement she endured on a painful occasion at Penzance the week before, hastened her death. She has left a very numerous circle of relatives and friends who deeply regret her loss.

At Redruth on the 29th ult., the wife of Mr. Edward HAMPTON, assayer, aged 48 years.

At Nankelly, in the parish of St. Columb Major, on Sunday last, Elizabeth Anne, infant daughter of Mr. John TREMAIN.

At Camelford, on Friday last, Elizabeth, wife of Mr. Francis CORNELIUS, aged 29 years.

At Launceston on the 29th ult., Elizabeth, wife of Mr. John HUXHAM, late of Dorsley Harberton, aged 82 years.

At Exeter, on the 28th ult., Mary, third daughter of Mr. William BRADFORD, of Keyham Barton, near Devonport, aged 22 years.

On the 21st ult., the Rev. Peter GLUBB, rector of Little Torrington, and the oldest magistrate for the county of Devon, aged 82 years.

On the 28th ult., Mr. James INNES, late of the Queen's Arms Hotel, Cheapside, London, aged 56 years.

At Camden Road Villas, on the 28th ult., Ann, wife of Mr. Thomas HAINE, aged 72 years.

At Eltham, on Monday last, the wife of the late Lieut. Col., C.C. MICHELL.

At Penzance, on the 5th instant, the infant daughter of the Rev. J. RELPH, Wesleyan Minister; on Monday last, Mr. Solomon COCK, aged 82 years; and on Tuesday, the wife of Mr. J.G. BECKERLEG, aged 50 years.

At Penzance, on Friday last, much respected by all who knew him, and deeply regretted by his sorrowing relatives, Mr. COCK, formerly of Redruth, aged 77 years, for many of which he was deacon of the Baptist Church at that place.

At Penzance, on the 12th instant, Mr. HOSKING, aged 62 years; and on Monday last, Elizabeth, relict of the late Mr. Henry HICK, aged 82 years.

At the Minney, Penzance, on the 11th instant, the wife of Mr. John LAWRENCE, sen., aged 82 years.

At St. Stephens in Branwell on Friday last, much and deservedly respected, Mr. John PHILLIPS, aged 73 years, for fifty of which he carried on business, and in his dealings his ward was his deed; he has left eleven children to lament his loss.

At Chacewater, on the 14th instant, the wife of Mr. Robert TOLLEY, aged 37 years.

At Mitchell on Wednesday last, of consumption, Capt. M. CHEGWIDDEN, of East Wheal Rose Mine, aged 35 years. His kindness of manner, and excellence of disposition, endeared him to all who had the pleasure of his acquaintance, and his loss will be sincerely regretted.

At Summercourt, on Saturday last, Mrs Susan HOOPER, aged 66 years.

At Cubert, on the 20th instant, Mr. John BUTSON, aged 20 years.

At Cranstock on Tuesday last, James, only son of Mr. John THOMAS, aged 22 years.

At Tothill Cottage, Plymouth, on the 17th instant, Jane ANDERSON, second daughter of Capt. W.A. MORSHEAD, R.N., C.B., aged 5 years.

At Bromsgrove, Worcestershire, on the 11th instant, Matthew Henry, only son of Mr. Henry JACKSON, supervisor of Inland Revenue, late of Penzance, aged 8 years.

Accidentally drowned at Trinidad, by falling overboard on the night of the 15th of December, last, Edward Reynolds Sibly EADE, midshipman of H.M.S. "Daring," son of Mr. Eade of Redruth, and nephew of Capt. CORY, R.N. of Falmouth, aged 19 years.

In the West Indies, on the 22nd of December, of yellow fever, on board H.M.S. "Highflyer," William Davey HAYS, assistant surgeon R.N., aged 24 years.
