At her residence, the Assembly House Tavern, Kentish Town, near London, Middlesex, on Wednesday last, beloved by all who knew her, Mrs. Mary PRIOR, of Summercourt, St. Enoder, in this country, aged 62 years.

At Uckfield, Sussex, on Saturday last, Jean, third daughter of the late Thomas KILGOUR, Esq., of Bethalnie, Aberdeenshire, aged 59 years.

At Haslar Hospital, on the 25th ult., much esteemed by his fellow officers, Mr. Thomas MANSEL, second master of the "St. Vincent," aged 39 years.

In May last, on board the ship "Alfred," Arthur Hooker CARLYON, midshipman, fifth son of the late Major General CARLYON, of Tregrehan, in this country, aged 20 years.

In the Crimea, of cholera, William Richard Percy CHAPMAN, surgeon, R.N., nephew of Mr. Jenkin THOMAS, bookseller, Plymouth.

At Salinica, after a short illness, Captain Richard SHORT, of the "Mary Ann," of Cardiff, and late master of the schooner, "Blanch," of St. Ives, aged 35 years.

At Newlyn west, on Monday last, Mr. William THOMAS, aged 70 years, for forty of which he had been one of Messers Bolitho's sean-huers, and was much respected.

At Melbourne, on the 2nd of April last, of fever, where he had been subpoenaed on behalf of the Government, to attend the trial of the State Prisoners, George Forster BULL, youngest son of the late Capt. Bull of the "Marlborough," packet, Falmouth,aged 25 years.

At Beyrout, on the 21st ult., of fever and argue, Mr. A. H. BENSON, mate of the schooner, "Savage," of Penzance, aged 44 years.

At California, on the 11th of May last, of fever, Edward, second son of Mr. John GREEN, of Feock, in this county, aged 24 years.

At Penryn, on the 16th instant, Mr. WILSON, mason, aged 45 years.

At Tehidy Terrace, Falmouth, on Saturday last, where he had gone for the benefit of his health, Mr. William Rule DANIELL, son of Mr. Francis DANIELL, of Camborne, aged 21 years. He bore a painful and protracted illness of several months with the most exemplary fortitude and resignation, and expired in the full assurance of a blissful immortality. His last words to those about him were "I hope you will soon meet me in Heaven, fear not for me, all is well;" and in a few brief moments thence (but retaining his consciousness to the last), without a struggle or a sigh, his happy spirit returned to God who gave it. Amiable as he was in every relation of life, and talented beyond his years, his loss is deeply deplored by his surviving relatives, whilst his memory will be fondly and deservedly cherished by an extensive circle of friends and acquaintances.

At Penzance, on Saturday last, George, son of Mr. George Henry LOVE, aged 4 years.

At Plymouth, on the 14th instant, much beloved, and deeply regretted by all who knew her, the wife of Mr. Wm. PASCOE, of Levaddon, near Bodmin, aged 27 years.

At Bideford, on the 16th instant, Mrs. Susan GLYNN, late of Glynn, in this county, aged 85 years.

At 13 New Quebec Street, Finchley, on the 18th instant, much respected, Mr. John WOOLCOCK, formerly of Truro.

At Clifton, lately, after several years of most severe suffering, borne with Christian fortitude, Sophia, relict of Samuel LLOYD, Esq., of Queen's Parade, Bath, and daughter of the late Samuel Frederick MILFORD, Esq., of Exeter.

At Northill, Bedfordshire, on Sunday last, the wife of Mr. James DREW, and youngest daughter of the late Mr. William RYAN, of Falmouth.

At his residence, Great St. Helens, on the 9th ult., after a short illness, Mr. Laurence THOMPSON, one of the oldest members of the Masonic order, and much lamented by the whole craft.
