Tosh, dec�d against Julia Ann Tosh, Joseph V. B. Tosh, Cyrus E. Tosh, Semipta S. Tosh, James W. M. Tosh, Minerva MN. E. Tosh and Melissa Ann C. F. Tosh on petition to sell Real Estate to pay debts etc.  published, etc.  defendants are infants; of tender years without guardians, Joseph J. Capell be appointed Guardian ad Litum and said defendant Julia Ann Tosh not appearing, etc makes default etc - an insufficiency of personal assets to pay debts from $427 to $460 - ordered Real Estate to be sold - 25 acres off of the E side of SW � of SW � of Sect 34 in Twp 13 N of R 8 W, also 60 � acres being the S � of the SW � of Set 34 in Twp 13 N of R 8 etc subject to dower rights of said defendant Julia Ann Tosh widow of James C. F. Tosh, dec�d, etc to be sold in two separate parcels and Amos Woolsey being the highest & best bidder became the purchaser of 25 acres, etc. for $84.37.  M. M. Lane Admin.  S. S.
