Woolsey of Marlborough, Ulster Co, NY $250 land in Wilton, Saratoga Co, NY and described in a deed dated 12 Feb 1823 bet Johannah Fowler of Westfield, Kings Co, New Brunswick, widow & Relict of Daniel Fowler late of the same place, farmer of the one part and Zachaeus Fowler by referring to another deed dated 13 Feb 1801 made bet John Woolsey of Marlborough of one part and said Daniel Fowler and Johannah Fowler of the other part all that messuage in county of Saratoga & patent of Kayadasseras Lot 3 begin at Richard I .
