22 Jun 1805.        Jeremiah Woolsey of City of New York, cartman, did mortgage unto James Vincent of said City, Cartman, all the real and estate of the term of 21 years yet to come as of 1 May 1804 that certain lot in the 6th Ward of NYC being a part of the ground belonging to the Brethren Church of the City of New York set apart for a Burial ground known and distinguished on a certain map by Lot #8 & bounded S on Mott Street etc on E by George McKay etc on N b said Brethrens Church etc & on W by said Brethrens Church subject to rents etc for $130 on 1 May next etc pro: before Wiliam Rose Master in Chancery 22 Jun 1805.

DePeister etc N & W etc to land of said De Peister etc then N & E etc to said Kortright etc to beginning - 12 acres – also the use of land near said James W.
