24 May 1830.        I, William Woolsey of the town of Norway, Herkimer County, New York, do make and ordain this my last will and testament in manner and form following viz I give & bequeath to each of my dear [sons? Omitted] William [?TZampson? probably is Sampson www] John Richard Joseph and Isaac the sum of one dollar and to my beloved sisters Dorcas Norey [Mary?] & Catharine Woolsey the like sum of one dollar each; all the rest and residue of my estate goods and chattels I give and bequeath to my dear beloved wife Abigail Woolsey whom I nominate constitute and appoint sole executrix of this my last will and testament hereby revoking all other and former wills by me at any time heretofore made In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the 24 day of May 1830. - William Woolsey (L. S.) Wit: Asa Stone, David Bingham, Philipe Serain? [of the town of Russia, co of Herkimer state of New York - The within instrument was duly proven before Ezra Graves [Green?] Surrogate of said county – 17 Jul 1855 – ordered to be recorded 17 Jul 1855. - In the matter of the last will and testament of William Woolsey – Philip Sassaia? Of the town of Norway, Herkimer Co, NY doth appear and testify that he was acquainted with William Woolsey (now deceased) in his life time – that this deponent saw the said William Woolsey subscribe the instrument etc on 24 May 1830 etc & with Asa Stone & David Bingham the other such certaing? Witnesses to said will & testator was of legal age & sound mind and memory and not under restraint - 17 Jul 1855 – and witness was acquainted with Asa Stone? Who is dead etc.

17 Apr 1803.        Daniel Wheeler of town of Fairfield, Herkimer Co, NY being weak and low but in perfect mind and memory I resign my body to the ground and my soul to God that gave it - a Christian and decent burial & all my lawful debts paid – to my beloved daughter Nancy Wheeler $25 - to my beloved son George Drake Wheeler my watch – to my beloved wife Lavine Wheeler the use of the remaining part of my property during her natural life or she may give the property to George Perke Wheeler and Nancy Wheeler anytime before her decease as she sees fit – appoint Sasan Martin & Lavina Wheeler exors Wit: Jonathan Sherwood Oliver Ellis Benjn Bowen - Daniel Wheeler (seal) proved 29 Apr 1803 before David Chapman – surrogate -

23 Aug 1841.        Ephraim Wheeler of Russia, Herkimer Co, NY - to my eldest son Joseph Wheeler $300 – to my son Myron Wheeler the farm whereon he now resides situate in the town of Clayton, Jefferson Co , 114 acres provided he pays $1000 to my exor's. – to my son Albert Wheeler a certain note I hold against him of about $325 & $200 to be paid to him within 2 years after my decease – I give to my three sons Ephraim John & William $1000 each - All the rest divided between my five daughters Elisny Mary Eliza Abigail & Lydia & the children of my dau Susan to be equal to that of either of my daughters & to be paid as follows, ½ to be paid to Ephraim Holladay her son and the remainder to be equally divided between the other three children etc – my beloved wife Catharine retain one third part of my real estate & after her decease her 1/3 part to be equally divided between all my children and the children of my dau Susan – appoint my worthy friends Edmund Varney and Timothy H.
