LOCAL MATTERS.

COMPANY H.--We rode out several miles on the Golden City road yesterday, in company with Col. Slough, Capt. Wynkoop, Lieut. Wilder, and other military gentlemen, to meet Capt. SANBORN'S company, from Central City, en route for Camp WELD, in this city. We met them about six miles from town, where they were brought to a halt, and the usual formalities between military functionaries were gone through with. The cortege then came to town, and Capt. SANBORN'S company proceeded to Camp Weld. They will be ready for parade to-day, and we shall take occasion to be present and report our impressions.
