Baby Twins and Mother
Get Here From Ireland
Mike and Kevin, 8-month-old twins of James Wynekoop, Lockheed aircraft inspector, have just arrived in Los Angeles with their mother, Mary Ita Wynekoop, after a 6500-mile trip from Ireland.
Wynekoop, who met his wife while on a civilian assignment in Glenavy, County of Antrim, returned to the States about five months ago, after spending more than two years overseas, leaving his Irish-born wife and sons to await transportation here.
The proud father has been spending his time since he arrived home trying to locate a home for his "new family."
Attractive Mrs. Wynekoop, tired, and exhausted after her sea voyage and cross-country trip, and just a bit bewildered by all the "rushing about," declared upon arrival here:
"America is a beautiful, but all I ever wanted to do was get these two bouncing, curly haired boys to their proud papa."
