THE CAXTON PRESS 258 During Two Indian Campaigns MEDICINE LODGE CREEK, October 21st, 1867. THE treaty was signed this morning by the following chiefs: Satanta, Satank, Black Eagle, Tonaenko, Fishermore, Manietyn, Sitemgeah, Satpaga, Cauvois, Satamore, Kiowa chiefs, and ten Comanche chiefs. All the Commissioners signed it, and we reporters subscribed our names as witnesses.
