Democratic Meeting at Honesdale.

                        HONESDALE, Wednesday, Oct. 27.
    A large Democratic meeting was held here last evening. It was opened by an eloquent and soul-stirring address from JOHN I. ALLEN of this place. Speeches were afterwards made by Col. WHIPPLE, of New. Hampshire, Col. WYNKOOP, of Pennsylvania, and Mr. DOUGHERTY, of Philadelphia. Much enthusiasm prevailed.
