CARD.

To the patriotic citizens of Colorado:
Many of the soldiers of the First Regiment of Colorado Volunteers need bed-clothing. The merchants being without blankets, quilts, or buffalo robes, I am compelled to ask aid of you. Please send to Headquarters, Larimer street, in the City of Denver, whatever of the above articles you can spare, and thereby contribute to the comfort of those who have volunteered for your defense, and who are now suffering for want thereof.
                                                                                    JOHN P. SLOUGH,
                                                                              Col. 1st Regt. Col. Vol's.

THEATRICAL.--There was a larger attendance of ladies and gentlemen at the Platte Valley Theatre last evening, than for several evenings past. The building is kept comfortably warmed, and the efficient police force secures most excellent order. The three pieces last night, in connection with the beautiful dancing of M'lle Haydee and the inimitable comic singing of Mr. Pardey, seemed to satisfy the most sanguine expectations of all the lovers of amusement present. To-night, two great plays will be performed--the Maid of Croissey, or Thereses' Vox and the melo-drama of Robert Macaire, or The Two Murderers. Messrs. Hunter, Gooding, Pardey, Norman, Irving, Whitel, Wilmot, Jack and Alexander, as well as Miss Marietta, M'lle Haydee and Mrs. McArthur, are severally on the cast to-night. As there will be doubtless a large house to-night, we would recommend our friends to go early, or else secure reserved seats, previously, at the box office.

Information for the Million.
