As the result of an argument at a skating rink at 122 West Slauson avenue last Sunday night, Harry J. Gold, a special officer at the rink, yesterday was charged with murder for the fatal shooting of Lester Willard Wyncoop.
    The complaint was issued by Dep. Dist.-Atty. Hinshaw after a Coroner's jury recommended Gold be held for the killing.
    The argument occurred, according to witnesses, when Gold sought to prevent Wyncoop and a group of friends from re-entering the rink on one return ticket after they had left the place for a short time.
