The Pennsylvania Fugitive Slave Case

                                                       PHILA., Nov. 11.
    The grand jury of Wilksbarre, Luzerne county, have found a true bill against U. S. Marshalls Wynkoop and Crossman for attempting the arrest of the slave "Bill" some time since.
