--From an article published elsewhere it will be seen that Colonel Wynkoop has gotten himself into trouble with General A. J. Smith, who takes him to task for more false statements. Wynkoop, if he wishes to give any more evidence must take care and not have it published, and then no one will know how great a liar he is. Stanley, of the St. Louis Democrat contradicted him, General Smith contradicts him, and all Colorado contradicts him. Under such circumstances, Wynkoop will have to go to places where he is not known to be believed. Let the whole west spot him.
