Murder In the First Degree.

Special Dispatch to THE POST.
HARRISBURG, Pa., Nov. 19.--Some three months ago an old lady named Kheil died in Cumberland county under very suspicious circumstances. Her will revealed the fact that all her money was given to a man named Wynkoop, a justice of the peace. The friends of the old lady disinterred the body, and a chemical examination revealed the presence of large quantities of arsenic in her stomach. Wynkoop and a woman named Mrs. Zell, alias "Window Maker," were arrested for the crime of poisoning and held for trial. The trial of the woman began last Thursday, and yesterday the jury retired to deliberate, coming in this morning with a verdict of guilty of murder in the first degree. Wynkoop's trial will take place immediately. The verdict was a great surprise to everybody, as the general opinion was that the evidence was not sufficient to convict.
