--THEATRICAL.--"Our American Cousin" continues to draw good houses, and will be repeated tonight--so the bills say--for the last time. It is a very amusing play and well performed; each one in the cast acting his or her character in a manner highly creditable. "The Spitfire" is the first piece this evening. The soldiers of the First Regiment were out in force last evening at the theatre, to the number of from three to four hundred, and appeared to enjoy the thing "muchly."

ARRIVAL OF THE FIRST REGIMENT.--The gallant First marched into the city at about 3 o'clock yesterday afternoon, bearing upon their bronzed faces and soiled uniforms evidences of the severe campaign they have undergone. Early in the forenoon the officers who were in town, and a portion of the Third Regiment, started out to meet them; and after dinner, the Governor's Guards and a large number of citizens, on horseback, in carriages, and on foot, preceded by the theatre band went out to Escort them to town.
On every corner were collected groups of citizens, anxious to get a look at the faces of the brave men who went forth nearly a year ago to strike a blow for their government and Colorado, and as they rode along, greeting after greeting passed between the boys and their friends. They are soiled and travel worn, and their ranks have been thinned by Texan bullets and sickness, but still look as if they might deal death and destruction to a foe, at a moment's notice. After parading through the principal streets, followed by the long train of wagons, they went into camp. Welcome to the brave boys of the First Regiment Colorado Volunteers.
