The Scott Legion of this city have made arrangements to attend the funeral of the late Col. F. M. Wynkoop, at Pottsville, to-day. They will leave by the Reading cars at 7 o'clock in the morning, and return on Thursday. The Legion is composed of a large number of Col. Wynkoop's command in Mexico. Beck's band have, we understand, also volunteered their services for the funeral.
