CHICAGO. Dec. 15. (AP)--Earl Wynekoop, recent released in the operating room slaying of his wife Rheta, was ordered arrested today on a charge of reckless driving.
    The warrant was sworn to by the father of Frank McGovern, 9 years of age, asserted to have been injured Wednesday when struck by an automobile driven by Wynekoop. His mother, Dr. Alice Lindsay Wynekoop, awaits trial on a charge of murdering Rheta.
