Washington, Dec. 15.--Major Wynkoop, agent of the Arrapahoes and Cheyennes, will be examined before the Senate Committee on Indian Affairs to-morrow, regarding the late so-called battle upon the Indian reservations. He reports that among others, the Cherokees who had served in our army, and were living quietly on the border of their territory, were among the killed.
