Notes:

Cornelius was probably selling off the family property prior to his move to Loudoun County, Virginia later that year or early the next.

Richard Wynkoop, in the 1904 edition of the Wynkoop Genealogy in the United States of America, has this to say about him on pages 68-69:

    164. Cornelius Wynkoop (Philip 48, Gerret 5, Cornelius 1). He is mentioned in 1771, in the will of his father. He is said to have removed to Loudoun County, Va. He is supposed to have married, and had a family, but the name of his wife has not been discovered: but it may have been Cornelius [148] who was so married.
This may have been the "Cornel Wynkoop," who joined in certifying the experiment of James Rumsey's steamboat, dated Berkeley County, December 13, 1787. Benjamin [175] also was interested in Rumsey's experiments: but there were several Fulton-Wynkoop intermarriages.
Children of Cornelius Wynkoop, baptized at Abington:
401. Elizabeth Cowenhoven, bp. Oct. 21, 1781. (See Margaret Koenhoven, wife of Philip [48].)
402. Philip: bp. May 22, 1785.
403. Jane: bp. Apl. 13, 1788.
404. Gerrit: bp. Oct. 18, 1789, "Garret."
405. Joseph: bp. Oct. 2, 1791.
406. Richard: bp. May 19, 1793.

Mrs. Robert Brockhurst, in her genealogy The Wynkoops of Loudoun County, Virginia, has this to say about him on pages 1-2:

CORNELIUS WYNKOOP AND DESCENDANTS
LOUDOUN COUNTY, VIRGINIA

#1 - Cornelius Wynkoop, b. Dec. 1, 1754: d. Feb. 20, 1824; m/1 Elizabeth Covenhoven Nov. 12, 1780; she died Sept. 7, 1781; he m/2 June 10, 1784 Cornelia VanPelt, b. Sept. 5, 1767 in Pennsylvania, dau. of Joseph and Charity Bennett VanPelt; she d. ____ Loudoun County, Va.

Cornelius had 15 children, one by first marriage and fourteen by second marriage. Richard, 6th child, listed in church baptismal record, is not listed in the Bible Record - it is assumed he died in infancy.
