Col. Wynkoop's Regiment.
Departure of Col. Wynkoop's Regiment.--In Harrisburg on Wednesday, Col. Wynkoop's 7th regiment Pennsylvania cavalry, was presented with a standard and guidons, in the Capitol grounds, by the Governor. The regiment left for Kentucky immediately after the presentation.--This makes the 25th(?) Pennsylvania regiment sent to Kentucky, two of which are cavalry. Besides the regiments a squadron of cavalry and a battery of artillery have been also sent from Pennsylvania to the same State.
