LOCAL AFFAIRS.

    Point to rightDeparture of Col. Wynkoop's Regiment.--In Harrisburg on Wednesday, Col. Wynkoop's 7th regiment Pennsylvania cavalry, was presented with a standard and guidons, in the Capitol grounds, by the Governor. The regiment left for Kentucky immediately after the presentation.--This makes the 25th(?) Pennsylvania regiment sent to Kentucky, two of which are cavalry. Besides the regiments a squadron of cavalry and a battery of artillery have been also sent from Pennsylvania to the same State.
    The following is a list of the field and staff officers of Col. Wynkoop's Regiment:
    Colonel--George C. Wynkoop, of Schuylkill County.
    Lieutenant Colonel--William B. Sipes, of Philadelphia.
    Majors--John E. Wynkoop, of Schuylkill, James J. Seibert, of Schuylkill, James Given, of Chester.
    Adjutant--R. F. Mason, of Schuylkill County.
    Quartermaster--Thomas H. Sickert, Schuylkill County.
    Surgeon--Alex. M. Spear, Allegheny.
    Assistant Surgeon--J. L. Shirk, Lebanon County.
    Chaplain--Reuben A. Drake, of Tioga County.
