Dr. Wynkoop Seeks Account,
Referee Appointed in His Suit
Against Estate of Father.
DR. WYNKOOP SEEKS ACCOUNT.
_____
Referee Appointed in His Suit Against
Estate of Father.
Dr. Daniel Woodbury Wynkoop, son of the late Dr. Gerardus H. Wynkoop, asked the Supreme Court yesterday for the appointment of a referee to take an accounting of moneys that he claims from his father's estate, which was left to Mrs. Wynkoop. Dennis A. Spelllsay [sic] was appointed as referee.
Dr. Wynkoop complains that a partnership existed between his father and himself in their medical practice, and that $7,608 which has been paid to the estate of the father should have been paid to him. The plaintiff attaches to his complaint a long list of well known persons who were patients of the elder Dr. Wynkoop, including Dr. William T. Bull, Douglas Robinson, Lady Maud Cunard, Sir Bache Cunard, Lady Llster [sic] Kaye and Robert Collier. He says that some fees were paid that were as low as $1.50.
