GLEN COVE, L. I., Dec. 22--Miss Nancy Helen Marie Leeds, granddaughter of the late Grand Duke George Michaelovitch of Russia and of Princess Marie of Greece and Denmark, was married to Lieut. Edward Judson Wynkoop Jr., USNR, son of Dr. and Mrs. Wynkoop of Syracuse, N. Y., yesterday afternoon in St. Paul's Episcopal Church here. The bride also is the granddaughter of the late William B. Leeds, tinplate executive, of New York and the late Princess Anastasia of Greece. She is the daughter of Princess Xenia of Russia and now residing here and Lieut. Comdr. William B. Leeds, USNR.
She was escorted up the aisle by her father, who gave her in marriage, to the chancel, which was banked with cybotium ferns and cedar trees interspersed with clusters of white pompon chrysanthemums. There she was joined by the bridegroom and his best man, William Niver Wynkoop, his brother. The Rev. Lauriston Castleman, the rector, read the betrothal part of the service and the Right Rev. Ernest Millmore Stires, retired Bishop of the Diocese of Long Island, performed the ceremony.

Gowned in Heirloom Lace

The bride wore a gown of heirloom point de Paris lace over white satin, and a lace veil arranged in mantilla fashion. Her bouquet was of white heather, camellias and stephanotis. The maid of honor, Mlle. Nolwen de Lanze of Paris, France, and matron of honor, Mrs. Claiborne Pell of Washington, D. C., wore bouffant gowns of blue taffeta and brown velvet hats. They carried yellow chrysanthemums.
The bridesmaids, who were similarly attired, were the Misses Emily Anne Morton of Saratoga Springs, N. Y.; Cynthia Cary of Jericho, L. I.; Lucy Hoffman of Washington and Lucrecia Herrera of Guatemala City, Guatemala. They carried white chrysanthemums.
The ushers were Lieut. Davis Chavchavadze, AUS, cousin of the bride; Lieut. Hamilton White, AUS. of Syracuse, N. Y.: Lieut. Comdr. Robert L. Stevens and Comdr. Paul R. Smith, both USNR, and stationed in Washington, and William Barlow of New York.

Reception at J. A. Dykmans

After the ceremony there was a reception at the home here of Mr. and Mrs. Jackson A. Dykman.
The bridegroom will report to his station on Wednesday. After the holidays the bride will return to Sarah Lawrence College, where she is a member of the senior class. She also attended the Ethel Walker School. Lieutenant Wynkoop, an alumnus of Hamilton College, is a grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Jonathan G. Wynkoop and Mr. and Mrs. William Kingman Niver of Syracuse.
