Score Arrested in Bay City Drive
___________
SAN FRANCISCO, Jan. 27. (AP)--More than a score of asserted "undesirables" were arrested today in San Francisco's clean-up campaign.
The campaign was ordered by Police Chief O'Brien to prevent repetition of street-gang shootings like the one in which Tim (Red) O'Callaghan, asserted hijacker, was killed Wednesday morning. Police blamed the shooting on underworld gang rivalries.
Detectives announced that within the next twenty-four hours Vincent Lucich, held as a suspect in the O'Callaghan murder, will be formally charged with the crime. Lucich denied knowledge of the shooting. Mrs. Dorothy Wyncoop, 27 years of age, wife of a former Los Angeles prohibition agent, arrested with Lucich and held as a witness, was released early tonight.
