as Tuberculosis.
Chicago, Jan. 28 (AP).--Counsel for Dr. Alice Lindsay Wynekoop today said she probably will be unable to appear in Judge Philip J. Finnegan's court tomorrow, when her case is to be reassigned for trial on the charge of murdering her daughter-in-law, Rheta.
In addition to the heart ailment, which stopped her first trial, it was announced that she is suffering from tuberculosis, which doctors said began several years ago but recently has been aggravated by her lowered resistance.
Her attorney, Frank J. Tyrrell, said that he will not immediately ask for her release on bail.
