    MILITARY.--A second military company was organized in our city last evening. H. H. C. Harrison was elected Captain, E. W. Wynkoop 1st Lieutenant, W. T. Shortridge 2d do., and W. S. Goodrich 3d do. The minor offices were all filled and the company will immediately begin drilling.

    BENEFIT OF MISS FLORA WAKELY.--Next Saturday is set apart for the benefit of this young lady. The bill selected is one of the best and most varied of the season. Mr. Langrishe will appear in the great character of Paul Pry, the three act play of that name. M'lle Haydee has volunteered, and will personate three characters, and two dances. Mr. Gooding has also volunteered, and will appear as Anthony, in the new comedy of Anthony and Cleopatra.--Concluding with the glorious farce of the Good for Nothing. M'lle Haydee, as Nan.
