Earle Wynekoop
_____

Doctor's Son in Milwaukee
Under Assumed Name.

Milwaukee, Jan. 30 (AP).--Earle Wynekoop, 30, who had been missing during the trial in Chicago of his mother, Dr. Alice L. Wynekoop, charged with slaying his wife, Rheta, was found here today, living under an assumed name in a rooming house, across the street from the police station.
He was picked up this afternoon by two detectives, who were uncertain about his identity, and was held for two and a half hours at police headquarters.
Wynekoop told officers he had been in Milwaukee since January 10, coming here on the advice of attorneys to avoid subpenas in his mother's murder trial, which ended in a mistrial several days ago.
