THE BEST YET.--Ned Wynkoop addressed a meeting in New York recently in which he upbraided Christians for not sending missionaries to the Indians of the plains. That is certainly the best joke of the season. Ned is a first-rate fellow, but as a soul-saver we fear he is not a success.
