An exchange says that an "Indian Suffrage Party" is being organized in Texas. That's the outfit for Sam. Tappan, Ned. Wynkoop, and the Omaha Herald.

General Hancock is out in reply to Col. Wynkoop. He says that Wynkoop's statements respecting his fight with the Cheyennes on Pawnee Fork are "entirely unwarranted by the facts of the case." That is pretty plain talk.

NEW YORK, January 5.--Col. Wynkoop, the Indian Agent, having changed his resignation so as to make it unconditional, the same is accepted by the Commissioner of Indian affairs.
