Twentieth Pennsylvania Cavalry.--Some four hundred men of the Regiment have re-enlisted for three years. The Colonel, John E. Wynkoop, retains his position. He is a fine officer, and the men are much attached to him. An excellent Regiment to enlist in. All the bounties given.
