Chicago. Jan. 8 (AP).--Attorneys for Dr. Alice Wynekoop, scheduled to go to trial Thursday for the "operating table" slaying of her daughter-in-law, said today the elderly physician will not plead insanity but will deny any part in the girl's death.
    The defense counsel, W. W. Smith and Frank Tyrrell, also said Dr. Wynekoop would take the stand in her own defense.
