The Kiehl Poisoning Case.

PHILADELPHIA, Feb. 9--In the Supreme court this morning argument was begun in the case of Mrs. Zell, who was convicted at Carlisle in November last, of murder in having poisoned by arsenic Mrs. Mary Kiehl, an old lady over eighty, who was a neig[h]bor of Mrs. Zell. This is the case in which a number of ladies of this city interested themselves in procuring funds to bring the matter before the Supreme court, and since the conviction of Mrs. Zell, William H. Wynkoop, who was also charged with the murder of Mrs. Kiehl, has been acquitted of the offense. The case comes up before the Supreme court upon twenty-two assignments of error to the rulings of the court below.
