NORFOLK, Feb. 14 (AP)--The body of a Navy pilot, missing since Dec. 2 when his fighter plane crashed in Chesapeake Bay off Virginia's Eastern Shore, has been recovered, the Navy announced today. The pilot was Lieut. Comdr. Wynkoop Kirsted 3d of Scarsdale, N. Y., 30 years old.
