WILLARD WALTER WYNEKOOP, attorney, died of acute pneumonia yesterday at his residence, 4442 Sheridan road. He was stricken soon after his return to Chicago from St. Louis last Tuesday. The funeral will be held from his late residence tomorrow at 10 o'clock. The Rev. Frank Carson, pastor of the First Presbyterian church of Lake View will officiate. Interment will be at Rosehill cemetery. Mr. Wynekoop was the son of Mr. and Mrs. William Wynekoop. He was 26 years old, and was born at Wolcott, Ind. He was a graduate of the University of Chicago and a member of the Delta Upsilon fraternity. During the last three years he had been practicing law with his brother, Harvey E. Wynekoop.
