Dr. Wynekoop 'Weary,'
Spends Day Resting
______

Chicago, Feb. 22 (AP}.--Dr. Alice Lindsay Wynekoop, who said the first three days of her second trial for the murder of her daughter-in-law, Rheta, had made her "terribly weary," observed Washington's Birthday today regaining her strength in the infirmary of the county jail.
In the jurors' room of the same building the 12 men chosen to sit in judgment upon the 63-year-old physician whiled away the day with cards and books.
