Hagerstown, Md., Feb. 26.--Five years ago Mrs. Ross Wyncoop was accidentally shot in the arm. A physician probed for the bullet, but couldn't find it. It never troubled Mrs. Wyncoop, who forgot about it until last night at the supper table when she was seized with a violent coughing spell. Up came the bullet.
