Of BRITTON ESTILL, deceased, at his late residence, in Newtown, on Wednesday, the 24th instant, consisting of
    

One Horse, Cow, Swine, One-

horse Waggon, a light Carriage, Chairs, Desk and Book-case. Patent open Stove, a eight-day Time-piece, about one hundred volumes of excellent books--together with Pots, Kettles and a variety of other articles.

    Sale to commence at one o'clock, when attendance will be given, and conditions made known, by
                                                       JOHN W. WYNKOOP.

    Newtown, March 16.     Adminstrator.
