George E. Wynkoop, a young man in the employ of Firman R. Horner, was yesterday arraigned in Judge Cole's court on charge of embezzling $2 from his employer on the 6th instant. He pleaded guilty and at the suggestion of the district attorney sentence was suspended during good behavior.
