New Trial.
CONVICTED DRY AGENT
MAY GET NEW TRIAL

United States District Judge Henning yesterday granted Al McDonald, counsel for John H. Wynkoop, former chief field agent for the prohibition forces in Southern California, two weeks in which to prepare a motion for a new trial. Wynkoop last week was convicted by a jury in United States District Court on a charge of illegal conversion of seized liquor, Asst. U. S. Atty. Armstrong declaring the former dry official had taken liquor seized in a Long Beach raid to his home for his own use. Oral argument for new trial was made yesterday by Attorney McDonald.
